TOGETHER, WE CAN BREAK THE CYCLE
The Black Foundation is dedicated to expanding affordable housing and the economic advancement of minorities and veterans. We have one ambitious goal: to break the cycle of poverty in marginalized communities. And while the problem is huge, we do it through education, mentorship and access to affordable housing.
OUR APPROACH
More than a donation
Through partnerships, donations and volunteering, we deeply value our donors and promise 100% transparency. With reporting and regularly updated initiatives, you’ll see your dollars at work.
WHY THE BLACK FOUNDATION?
The name reflects both legacy and purpose. “Black” represents strength, permanence, and resilience — values at the heart of our mission. It also carries forward the founder’s family legacy, ensuring the foundation’s impact endures for generations. Just as black in color theory unites all shades, our foundation is committed to bringing people together to expand opportunity, build affordable housing, and create lasting change.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to break the cycle by providing access, knowledge, and opportunities to Minorities and Veterans in Commercial Real Estate. We are committed to fostering equity by expanding affordable housing and supporting local initiatives that empower communities, and drive meaningful progress.
OUR VISION
We envision a future where diversity is celebrated, underrepresented individuals thrive in commercial real estate, and affordable housing is accessible to all.
How We Work
We want you to know exactly where you money is going and what to expect. Known for our integrity, The Black Foundation is transparent from the start.
