Collection

We collect information when you choose to share it with us (for example, by providing your name and contact information via email); when we log data about site visits (for example the hardware model, operating system version, mobile network, IP address, device identifiers, and browser type you use to access the site, as well as access times, pages viewed, and links clicked); and when third-parties share it with us (for example, donor advised funds, other organizations, consultants, and publicly available sources).

We share information with affiliates, vendors, service providers, and consultants performing services that help us make gifts, host this site, and detect fraud; if we believe disclosure is required by an applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements; if we believe your actions violate our terms of use; with professional advisors where necessary to obtain advice; or at your direction.
